About Me

I am a certified coach from an ICF accredited program, and I also hold a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley. Thanks to my breadth of life experience I have worked intuitively with friends and family before becoming a coach. My coaching focus is helping people facing a life transition to create a positive vision for the next phase of their life.

I am a published author for Medium.com and for She Is You magazine, and I have been a Podcast Guest on many podcasts (see Podcast tab).

I have been a Crisis Counselor, helping people to move from a hot moment to a cool calm. My prior professional experience includes being a senior project manager, and I have extensive experience in advertising agencies.
